This is going to be a super fast and easy tutorial to teach you some fast glitch effect photo edits you can create with the Quickshot app. Let’s jump right in and learn how to create the glitch effect in just a few easy steps.
Start off with a simple portrait, like this one:

Open it in the Quickshot app, like so:
Then, open the looks menu, and apply one of the new shadow overlay based looks. These are currently the first options when you open the looks menu. This is the one that I chose and how I applied it:
Now, you want to add some glitchy colors that are opposite the colors in your image. Because this image is so red blue dominant, I want to add neons in green and yellow. If you don’t want to use specific colors, just use elements with all the colors, like lens flares! That’s what I did in the next step:
This already looks really cool, so the last step is to just throw on some adjustments. I won’t lead you through every single adjustment step by step, but I simply made light global adjustments that took about a minute. Here’s what that looked like:
